The Goal of Go Au Pair Glendale:
Since 1989, Go Au Pair has helped thousands of families in the U.S. find the answer to their childcare needs. Our mission at Go Au Pair is to provide our Host Families and Au Pairs with an exceptional childcare and cultural exchange experience.
As a Local Area Representative, my responsibility is to support Host Families and Au Pairs, all year round, in any way I can. Some of my duties include: promoting Go Au Pair, recruiting and interviewing Host Families, welcoming and conducting orientations with Au Pairs, planning and participating in cultural, educational, and social activities, and maintaining monthly contacts with Au Pairs and Host Families. Should the need arise, I also provides conflict resolution between Au Pairs and Host Families and interim housing for Au Pairs in emergency situations.
Some things to look for on this blog: Au Pair Program FAQs, Program Guidelines, the Host Family/Au Pair application process, Choosing an Au Pair/Host Family, Interview FAQs and Preparing for The Arrival, Orientation FAQs and During the Cultural Childcare Experience, Problem Resolution, and Extension FAQs and Repeating the Experience.
Hosting an Au Pair is a great source of childcare. We hope you join us.
